How to Check PDAM Bills So You Don’t Go Over the Payment Limit

How to Check PDAM Bill

Through the DANA Application

  • Open the DANA application and enter PIN for login account
  • On the main page, select menu View All
  • On page All Servicesselect the menu Water in the Bills
  • Next, select PDAM your area. For example Bogor Regency
  • Then, enter customer number or Customer Number
  • If the customer number is correct, then you will be shown the PDAM bill and the payment limit
  • You can immediately follow the payment process until it’s finished

You could say DANA is a digital wallet that provides a variety of payment services, one of which is paying PDAM bills. In addition, now the DANA has also been widely used by the people of Indonesia.

Meanwhile, you can also use other applications such as Gojek to pay PDAM bills.

Through the Gojek Application

  • Open the Gojek app and log in to your account
  • On the main page, select menu More
  • On page Services, select GoTagihan in the Other Services
  • On page GoBill&Tollscroll and select the PDAM menu in the Payment & Bills
  • Find and select PDAM in your area, for example PDAM Bogor Regency
  • Enter customer number in column Customer ID and press the button Next
  • Next, the PDAM bill for food appears along with the payment deadline
  • Then, you can immediately follow the payment process until it’s finished

Apart from going through the digital wallet application, you can also actually see your PDAM bill and the payment deadline through e-commerce such as Tokopedia and Shopee.

Via Tokopedia

  • Open the Tokopedia site or application and log in to your account
  • On the main page, select Top-Up & Billing
  • Next, select PDAM water
  • Define Province cluster, regional area, and customer number
  • When everything is filled in, then press the button Check Bill
  • Then, the details of the PDAM bill will appear
  • If you want to pay, then you can immediately follow the next step until it’s finished

Via Shopee

  • Access the Shopee site or app and log in to your account
  • On the main page, select an option Credit, Bills, and Tickets
  • Select the menu PDAM in section Bill
  • Define region and enter customer number
  • After everything is filled in, press the button Continue
  • Later you will be shown the details of the PDAM bill
  • If you want to make a bill payment, then you can follow the next step until it’s finished

You can also check PDAM bills and make payments through the nearest minimarket such as Indomaret, Alfamart, Alfamidi, and others.

Via Minimarket or Supermarket

  • Visit the nearest Minimarket or Supermarket
  • Queue and give customer number to the cashier
  • Next, the cashier will tell you the amount of the bill to be paid along with the payment deadline
  • You can pay your PDAM bill directly at the cashier
  • If successful, the cashier will provide proof of payment of the PDAM bill

Besides going to the Minimarket or Supermarket, you can actually visit the nearest PDAM office.

Through PDAM office

  • Visit the nearest PDAM office
  • Queue and show PDAM customer number to the cashier or staff who look after
  • Then the cashier or staff will provide the PDAM bill data and the payment limit
  • You can also make payments directly at the PDAM office
  • If the payment transaction is successful, proof of payment of the PDAM bill will be printed and given to you

You can do various ways to pay off your PDAM bill either through digital wallet applications, e-commerce, Minimarkets or Supermarkets, to come to the PDAM office directly. So you can choose the method according to your own convenience.
