What is ContentGO Smartfren?
According to Smartfren, the IsiGO feature will be valid and active forever for Smartfren user numbers. Meanwhile, IsiGO in the Gokil Max package will apply if the user no longer has a data quota or is in a PAYG ON condition (data usage will use credit or regular balance).
After the Rp5,000 credit becomes a 1 GB Data Quota that is exchanged via IsiGO, then you can use the remaining credit to make phone calls, SMS, or buy other data packages as long as the credit is sufficient.
However, if you have credit of less than Rp. 5,000, the IsiGO feature will automatically stop and the condition will be PAYG OFF (unable to make a data connection). This feature will be reactivated if you have credit of IDR 5,000 or above.
How to Activate IsiGo Smartfren
With the MySF App
- Open the MySF app on your phone
- Account login using Smartfren number
- On the main page, press See Detail in the area banner Activate IsiGO
- Press the button Activate on page Activate IsiGO
- Click button Yes, Continue / Continue on the pop-up menu that appears to activate the feature IsiGO
- Later, a notification that the IsiGO feature has been successfully activated will appear on the confirmation page
With USSD code
- Open the Phone app on your phone and type in the code *123*60#
- Next, press the button SIM 1 or SIM 2 depending on where the Smartfren card is located
- In the pop-up menu that appears, type 1 to choose 1.Register the IsiGO feature and press the button Send
- After registration is complete, a notification will appear and click the button OK
